Single-Hire Subscription
Includes: - Role profiling and scoping - Job advertising - CV screening and shortlisting - Candidate search - First-stage interviews (video or phone) - Candidate coordination - Offer support - Ongoing recruiter relationship
Campaign rules: - Maximum two campaigns per role - One replacement campaign if a hire leaves within six months - Same role only
Pricing: - £250 per month - 12-month minimum term
Success fee: - 1% of agreed starting salary - Only payable if a hire is made
Suitability: - Best suited for planned permanent hires up to £55,000 salary - Senior or specialist roles may suit commitment-led contingency
Subscription basis: Fees cover recruiter time and campaign delivery and are not dependent on hiring outcomes.
Multi-Hire Subscriptions
Includes: - All Single Hire services - Ongoing workforce and hiring support
Plans: - 2 hires – £450 per month - 4 hires – £750 per month - 7 hires – £1,000 per month - 12 hires – £1,500 per month - 12-month minimum term
Success fee: - 2% of agreed starting salary - Only payable if a hire is made
Suitability: - Best suited for planned permanent hiring up to £55,000 salary per role
Upgrade rule: Clients may upgrade and pay the difference.
